The location was excellent, next to main overground and underground station. The staff were very helpful and and curtious. The room was modern, clean and kitted out well (kettle etc) , a good size for Tokyo and had excellent views of Tokyo from the 31st floor window, at night it was stunning, with all the lights from the city. Breakfast was good with a choice of either Japanese or American/English buffet. Close to restaurants, starbucks , tourist information office opposite, again very helpful and food shop. Outside the streets are spotless.
Internet connection was intermittent however the reception staff will search online for you, as they did for us.

Stylish deluxe twin room, comfortable beds. Secure setting, just off Narita airport, imperial gardens, and bullet train getaway. Also, close to most attractions. Great to have an in-house restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
A little cramped bathroom.

Location to shopping, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Imperial Palace, Narita Express, subways and peace and quiet due to the location of the hotel: 27-34th floors.
Small rooms. Bedspread adornment had "funky stains". Breakfast was a little pricy for $30 for a buffet....but it was delish so I ate there for convenience.

Central location, overly helpful staff.
For some reason I got a room for smokers. Did not have the time to meddle with changing the room and got used to the smell in 5 minutes after entering.

During our train ride from the airport to hotel, we left our backpack in the train. The hotel staff is very helpful in calling the train station to locate our bag and we were able to claim it from the station office. Thank you.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right above Tokyo Station. The rooms were tastefully decorated, with beautiful views of the skyline, and the staff were very accommodating.
More accessible seating options in the lobby would help.

Fantastic view from the room (30th floor) over Tokyo station. We could see Tokyo Bay Bridge in the distance. Excellent staff. I wanted to send a parcel and they brought different sized boxes to the room to choose from along with the postal form. They took care of everything. Relaxing atmosphere.
Despite this being a deluxe room, the double bed was a bit small. The hotel was difficult to find at first - I had to ask directions from the security man in a nearby building. The hotel is in Sapia Tower which is outside the back of Tokyo station.
